Hello Mr. Homayoun, 

I must say how disappointed Meghan, Shannon and I are at your review. We all worked with you so closely leading up to and throughout the trip and it seemed that you left on happy terms at its conclusion. Your review is especially disheartening after working with you for months to follow exactly the trip plan you requested - against my advice - and at a greatly reduced budget from your initial request. We do our best to accommodate all client requests - sometimes to our own detriment. 

Shannon in particular was very upset as she felt she was extremely responsive to all your questions/concerns while traveling. For each of your messages to her, we have a record of her response time being between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. 

I would also like to address the two issues you mentioned:

The boat rental in Bellagio: I do apologize for the initial confusion upon your arrival. The boat operator is a small family run business, and Martina (Luigi's wife and the person in charge of billing), was not present at the time of your arrival. As such, there was confusion among them as to whether your reservation was paid in full. That said, as soon as you reached out to us regarding this issue, I immediately reached out and personally spoke to the operator, and you were given the boat at no cost to you. 

Duomo Tour: The Duomo rooftop was unfortunately closed due to dangerous weather conditions at the time of your arrival. This is not something I or anyone can control. However, we immediately refunded you for the tickets, plus a courtesy credit for the trouble. Please also remember, during the planning stage, I advised against a 1/2 day stay in Milan, since it left little to no room for adjustment, in the event something happened, like inclement weather. You however decided against my recommendation, and opted to keep the 1/2 day to reduce to save as much cost as possible. Again, our response time in this case was 2 minutes.

It’s unfortunate we were unable to meet your expectations for this trip, but we truly feel we delivered based upon your specifications and allotted budget, as well as resolved all issues in a quick and efficient manner.
