Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

"Expert" guides were anything but. The safari company was unprofessional in every way -- from being disorganized with our itinerary, to being rude and even crass at certain points. Made for an unpleasant experience having to spend 6-8 hours a day in car with the guides. Accommodations were great and expensive compared to other lodges and camps, but we still cannot account for where the rest of our money was spent.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Seeing prides of lions and their cubs, leopards, cheetahs, elephants and all other animals, as well as the breathtaking landscape of the Serengeti. Out of the 8 days we were on safari, 5 were exceptional in terms of the wildlife we saw.

Trip would have been amazing had it not been for the tour company.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Used a different tour company. For the price we paid we were not impressed, and in fact, very disappointed.
