Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Trip was great. Everything that was booked by our Africa safari travel company was as advertised. Great hotels, knowledgeable, helpful guides. Our agent was very accomodating and easy to work with. She was glad to allow me to book some things on my own using frequent traveler rewards, and work around those plans.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The safari (not booked through our travel company) was the highlight. The days spent in Cape Town and the wine district. Our agent did a great job booking that part of the trip.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would probably drop Victoria Falls and spend the two extra days in SA. It was a hassle to get to Victoria Falls. Seems like we wasted a lot of travel time. (I should say that I insisted on this leg of the trip, and our agent accommodated my request).
