Our tour planner assembled a fantastic itinerary and was very responsive to changes when I requested, even to one request just two days before the excursion. He made it happen, and it was seamless. My family enjoyed meeting him! In Buenos Aires we had a great hotel and the Argentine dinner experience was a great start to our vacation. Our in-country flights and transports were just right. Our tour planner went the extra mile to get us good hotels that met our needs, even though we booked less than 60 days beforehand for our "high season" trip.
