Our trip to New Zealand and Australia was outstanding, exciting, and full of discovery. The overall trip planning and execution was exceptional, and the pre-trip planning with the trip planner was well done. On several occasions we utilized the in-country contacts to make adjustments to our reservations, and the New Zealand team provided outstanding response time and service.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We have many great memories, including jet boating in New Zealand, visiting wineries, driving through both the south and north islands; Kangaroo Island, swimming with the great white sharks in Port Lincoln, snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef in Port Douglas, and climbing the bridge in Sydney.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We had the luxury of time in our schedule, and we took advantage of local attractions in every city we visited. We were provided with a list of restaurant choices, and looking back, we should have referred to that more often. We looked at a printed copy we made of our itinerary every day, and would suggest that both a more durable copy be provided by ADU on future trips as well as a more user-friendly electronic version.
