Overall, I was happy with the trip and the tours we took. We had a good pre-trip phone conversation with our agent who explained the itinerary with us in depth. There were several occasions where we had a question or concern during the trip and I was impressed with the quick response from this travel agent. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went, the pickups to and from the airports, the tours, all arrived on time with only one having a small issue with the location of where we were to be picked up, and that worked out fine. Everybody was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there. Most of the hotels were extremely nice and the tours were excellent. We missed one tour because the weather had closed the road, however, we were refunded the money from the tour.

The itinerary package provided was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy the trip and to be prepared for the tours, plane connections, hotel accommodations, rental cars, and everything else about the trip.

This was the first time I have used a travel agency to book a trip, so, I might have had my expectations higher than they should have been about what is supposed to happen.

Some of my concerns: Hotels that did not have parking for the car came as a big surprise and a big expense. Several of the hotels did not have elevators and I am glad that neither of us had any mobility issues as this would have been a major obstacle. I am emailing the tour company directly with my comments on the hotels.
