Our agent at our Australia travel company surpassed our expectations in the way she helped us organize our one month trip to Australia.  We told her some of the places that we wanted to go to and also told her how we like to travel, such as 3 or 4 days at each place, connect with small group 1/2 day or day tours, lots of walking/hiking, etc. And she asked a few key questions and sent us an itinerary which we studied and talked with her asking questions and only made some minor changes.  She designed a trip that was very well paced with a wonderful variety of places and activities and accommodations and we loved all of it.
