I would not allow this tour company or their partner to plan the itinerary in Indonesia.  Guide there was OK.  Decision to go to West Bali National Park was idiotic.  The hotel there in the middle of the rain forest was ok but it took a day each way in a 7 day trip to get there.  We had just one day there which was largely spent traveling on a tram through the rain forest to and from the room to meals and to the beach (which wasn't special).  This hotel would be ok if one was coming from Java or had much more time than we had.  We'd already spent 3 days in Ubud which was somewhat similar. One night in Seminyak (about to be described) and one in Nusa Dua were too short.  We arrived to our hotel in Seminyak at 2 am.  Despite the fact that I insisted on an afternoon flight the next day and had worked this out with the travel company in advance, upon arrival we were told that there was only a morning flight for which we had to wake up at 7 am.  Therefore we spent practically no time in Seminyak.  This is not a vacation.  This itinerary was idiotic, coupled with the two full days traveling to West Bali.  I could easily have arranged a better itinerary,
Furthermore, there was no attempt for cultural enrichment which should be part of the experience..  We ended up seeing a great show at the a restaurant and separately enjoyed a genuine Korean barbecue which was not part of the itinerary.  On our own, we saw Balinese dance one evening which although not fantastic should be a part of any trip to Bali. I honestly wouldn't use this tour company again. If I did, I would be much more involved in the planning of the trip than I was and would require certain assurances on the issues which were important to me.
