Botswana & Namibia Vacation Review: Etosha National Park, Sossusvlei, Victoria Falls, Chobe, Khwai, 2-Week Tour

From our very first contact, including a friendly telephone conversation, trying to establish what our hopes and expectations for our trip might be, this travel agency have listened, suggested, and advised, constantly adjusting until we were all happy our itinerary was exactly what we wanted.
The trip was a long time coming, originally planned to happen in 2020, but postponed twice because of covid. With each postponement, our travel company have juggled things with their suppliers to keep our original itinerary intact, with only minor changes by the time the trip happened.
When we originally thought about the trip, we knew it wouldn't be cheap, and it wasn't. However, as soon as we arrived, it was obvious that it was money well-spent. We normally organize our trips independently, but a trip like this to remote places that we knew little about, with a travel infrastructure we knew even less about, was way off our scale.
I'm delighted to say that everything ran like clockwork. Our lodges, guides, drivers and pilots, all seemed completely aware of our itinerary, and all linked seamlessly together. One person would not leave our side until they'd safely handed us on to the next. All we had to do was turn up and enjoy it!
