Brazil Luxury Vacation Review: Rio de Janeiro, Iguazu Falls, Amazon Experience

I would plan a little more for our days in Rio.

Thank you very much for posting your review with Zicasso.  We never look at reviews in a negative manner but a way that we can change and grow to provide the best service possible to our clients. Regarding your comments about your time in Rio de Janeiro, after the follow up during the services and the reviews after your trip I have 2 comments:

1 - I have to say that the initial plan was not correctly aligned with you: we made a plan and we have considered multiple factors like the time for lunch, the traffic conditions, the lines we know are huge during NYE because the city receives massive cruises and every one do the same activities, and every other single detail for your tour. 

2 - We never know how much time people spend on the attractions, if they want to stop for lots of pictures or just a couple (believe me social media changed that A LOT). If they want to sit for lunch in a restaurant or just grab something and continue to tour... This is not an excuse, our job is to match your profile with the tour time and put together to make a briefing to the guide. The briefing has not worked well and the guide has not had enough proactivity for improvisation and to anticipate things. The guide is great, really great, but looking at the final reviews of your satisfaction I consider that we need to create some processes internally to detect and act BEFORE and during the activities.

Despite the mishaps mentioned, we are happy to hear that you and your family have enjoyed the trip. We understand the trust that you have placed in our company and we remain at your service here in Brazil should you want to return in the future.
