Cambodia, Thailand, Bali / Indonesia & Taiwan Trip Review: Luxury Vacation to Bangkok, Siem Reap, Angkor Wat, Java, Culture

Spend only two nights in Bangkok, skip the "cultural" activities in Siem Reap (circus) and Bali (cultural show at temple). Note we did not do the floating market excursion in Bangkok that was planned.
Need to take account of local holidays in planning events, travel times. Bali traffic was horrendous due to the crush of local tourists due to local school holidays.
