Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our only contact with the travel company was with the Travel Designer, so I can only comment on him.
The travel designer was simply outstanding. He was very professional and thorough. He always responded to our inquiries on a timely basis. He was responsive to our needs, quickly making changes to our itinerary when we voiced questions or concerns. He demonstrated intimate knowledge of the places we wanted to visit and recommended excellent lodging and restaurants. Due to his efforts, we had an interesting and memorable trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

In general, the places we visited and the people whom we met. Specifically, we especially enjoyed the treks we took on Easter Island, the Cerro Alegre neighborhood in which we stayed in Valparaiso, and the beauty and tranquility of the Elqui Valley and its star-studded skies.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would visit the Elqui Valley closer to a new moon and spend more time to enjoy the amenities of the resort where we stayed, in an El Molle.
