Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

I would say the travel company is average. I didn't receive sufficient information to make informed decisions on my trip on where to eat, extra activities, how far points of interests were, etc. Not the best customer service but not the worst-just average. My trip was successful only because of extra effort to have one not because it was a leisure trip where everything was taken care of for us.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I enjoyed the regions we visited and people met on activities

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would plan the schedules better to include more time efficient activities and provide information on the activities to make better decisions

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback on your trip to our beautiful country.

First of all, I am glad to know you enjoyed the regions visited and the people you met. Regarding your comments on our services, we regret to hear you felt did not offer you enough information as we always work very hard for our clients to meet their expectations. Before answering your review, I looked at the communication we had with you during the planning process and confirmed that I had indeed sent you documents offering options for activities, but we never received feedback if you wanted to change the activities or not.

We tried to make the planning process as seamless as possible and changed hotels and destinations to visit on multiple occasions as you requested. Unfortunately, during your stay, you continued to change tour schedules and activities on the same day. As we have a very good relationship and communication with our suppliers, I offered a different activity in Arenal but you did not take it so, finally, we asked the tour operator to pay for your lunch, same in Manuel Antonio with the Catamaran tour which we were able to change on the last minute after we found out you decided to book the activity on your own, which could have caused that you would end up paying twice. We also tried to stay in communication with you on an App throughout your trip as we always offer the option ob being in touch with us in case needed. I can assure you that if you had asked me to change any of the activities during your stay, I would have done it as we are here to solve any problem for the clients to enjoy their stay.
