This travel agency provided the perfect Costa Rica vacation experience for my family and me.  Knowing nothing about Costa Rica, I initially contacted them with just some general ideas about the types of things we wanted to see and do there.  They put together a wonderful custom itinerary - locations, properties, private transfers, and tours - that was perfect for my family. All of the guided tours they booked for us were outstanding - and many of them ended up being private to just our family.  Rather than being herded onto a giant crowded tour bus at 6:30 a.m. each day, we were able to do our private/semi-private tours the time of day we wanted.  The private transfers provided between the airport and various locations we visited were also top-notch, with drivers who were "tour guides" in their own right.  Without exception, we experienced top-notch service from every driver, hotel, and tour company they booked for us. Our travel agents provided personalized service before and during the trip, keeping the lines of communication open 24/7 while we were in Costa Rica.  It was a wonderful reassurance knowing they were there for us if anything went wrong - but the entire 10 day trip was nothing short of perfect.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering a trip to Costa Rica.
