Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The travel planner from this travel company was highly responsive, and planned our trip really well. She listened to what we wanted, and made suggestions on best possible route - slight different to what we had suggested, but her recommendation was better. All the drivers were punctual, attentive and safe drivers. The guides were exceptional - knowledgeable, interesting, and very real. Choice of accomodation was brilliant - central, each different & had character.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Hands down, beyond the beauty of the places we visited, it was the guides - who provided us great insights into the countries & towns, and provided recommendations on eating spots & things to do.
Travel arrangements were seamless from start to finish.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would skip Zagreb, probably spend an extra day in Dubrovnik, and other parts ie Serbia, Bosnia, but this would require more days.
