Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The travel company owned and operated by this agent was very professional and nice. The itinerary given to us was well-planned and well-presented. Our agent was very quick in sending the itinerary and also sending us a revised itinerary every time we made changes. Our trip was exactly as shown in the itinerary and every one from the drivers and guides were on-time.

Everything was perfect and excellent especially our driver and all the guides. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We enjoyed the fact that everyone was prompt and adhered with the schedule. Giving us more time to do more things.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

1. At Plittice Lakes, I would recommend if your tourists are over 65, that they should have a guide with them, there are no clear signs on where to go and could easily get lost.

2. Lustice Village, I would completely remove this from the itinerary. This is a waste of time and did not see or experience anything interesting.
