Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The tour company made my travel easy and enjoyable. The travel planner at this company did an awesome job at planning every detail. The transfers were especially helpful and appreciated. We didn't have to worry about a thing!
Once in Prague and Italy, our guides were terrific to deal with. Kind, patient and understanding with all of our questions and asks for recommendations.
I would use this tour company again to plan more travels!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Rome - the Colosseum and the accommodation was perfect; Castellina in Chianti - the excursion we planned for winery tour and Panzano - also, the accommodation was charming; Florence - the penthouse and the veranda; and Venice - the entire experience of no cars. Prague was amazing too. We loved the river boat dinner cruise and highly recommend it!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have changed the tour to Cinque Terre. Too big of a tour group; I'm not a bus tour kind of person; they had an event in the town that day that only happens once a year and it was on the day we went. The bus wasn't able to get close to the harbor so we had to walk an extra 45 minutes to an already extremely long day!
We packed a lot in this trip as we were first timers to Italy. I'd like to have more time by the water.
