Having never used Zicasso or The travel agents they paired me with prior, I was a bit skeptical about planning this trip online.  However, I have to say that all the planning and arranging with the Travel Agency worked out very well.  They put us in a very central hotel in the city center for each city so we were able to explore on our own and walk around to see allot that was not included in a tour.  

We went to 2 cities in Italy, Munich-Germany and started and ended the trip in London with a couple days on our own at the end of the trip in London.

All the transportation to and from all location airports/train stations/tours went very well (except two pick ups in London by the same driver that ,was late both times at least a half hour on arrival into London)...

The tour guides were all very knowledgeable and pleasant and all were on time - we had two tours in Rome that changed the time of the tour by an hour , but we were notified by hotel and text by tour operators and all went well.

I was reassured by Zicasso that if any issues arose with the us not receiving what we paid for they would have one of their other partners fulfill our plans as best as possible and this gave me some added security to continue on this trip through the company they lined us up with.

One suggestion I would make is that we did a tour on arrival in Munich and another the next day...we found allot of the same places and information in both tours and allot of it was repetitive , I would suggest doing one or the other , not both.
