Europe Travel Review: England, Norway, Ireland, Scotland, Luxury Cruise, Local Cuisine

It would have been nice to get more interesting ideas/choices based on our interests from the travel agent.  We didn't feel like the agent was passionate about the destinations and with the exception of one excursion, in The Cotswolds, England, we had basic excursions. The agent didn't provide requested security information about guides and acted suprised when asked to do so. In one instance we had trouble with local train transport and in another instance we had diffuculty with a planned tour. The travel agent is based in the U.S.A. so we were unable to receive help. The hotels were excellent, transport via one partner, was excellent..The guides were excellent. We hope to use Zicasso in the future. When traveling in Europe we will request a local travel agent.'

This is a rare request, as all guides in the destinations you travelled are vetted to a high degree, and we provided credentials, but seems as though we didn’t clearly articulate this to you, which may have rendered your opinion of our service anything less. I also want to reassure you; all our designers are extremely passionate about the destinations they sell and look forward to working with the clients we are so lucky to cultivate. We hope to always exceed expectations, and feel this score represents we may not have.
