European Vacation Review: Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Herzegovina, Split, Dubrovnik, Ljubljana, Lake Bled, Plitvice Lakes

We chose this travel agency from a list of recommended tour companies recommended by Zicasso.  We were 2 couples searching for a private tour in Croatia and surrounding Balkan countries.  The experience with this company was excellent.  They prepared a preliminary itinerary based on our initial requests, modified it as we requested.  The hotels they reserved were all 4 & 5 star, were well located, very comfortable and with great service.  In each place we visited in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia &Herzegovina, and Montenegro, we had an excellent local guide.  In addition we had a large vehicle with driver, who was also a guide, traveling with us the first 10 days of the 14 day trip.  He coordinated everything at the local level and on a daily basis.  This was a big plus.  As for the trip it was exceptional, but intense, as it was only 14 days long and we packed a lot of sightseeing into it.  Croatia, where we spent the majority of time, and Slovenia are absolutely beautiful with great sights, old cities and great national parks.  In Bosnia & Herzegovina we were only in the city of Mostar, and in Montenegro we were only in Kotor, both cities being UN World Heritage sights.   Over all this was an exceptional trip managed by an excellent tour company, and we recommend visiting these countries as well as this company.
