France 10-Day Trip Review

All of the guides and drivers were wonderful.  They were friendly, informative and on time.  My only complaint was the coordination with the initial planner at this tour company. Things that we had discussed on the phone were not included in the plan.  When I contacted this tour company, however, the changes were made.  I changed one hotel because we wanted a central location for my husband who has some difficulty walking.  The change was made, but not communicated to the driver who was taking us there.  The confusion was easily cleared up, though.
