France Luxury Vacation Review: Burgundy, Champagne, Brittany, Normandy, Paris, Loire Valley

The only thing that we would change was how some of the meals were arranged.  We had a diverse group that preferred different types of food (including a vegetarian and someone who does not eat red meats.)
All of the restaurants were fine.  However, rather than having a limited menu that was already paid for with an amount of money that was unknown to us, it would have been better for us to know what the prepaid amount was, while allowing us to eat off of their regular menu.  We ended up negotiating this in a few instances where we felt particularly limited.  The restaurants seemed most concerned that we would not eat/drink enough to cover the prepaid budget and we would want a refund.  We told them that we would waive the right to a refund and would most likely end up paying more, which is what happened in these few instances.
Knowing that all of the family members really enjoyed Normandy the most, I think I would have added a second day covering D-Day in Normandy (although I am not sure what I would cut out.)
