Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Would never use them again. Nor recommend them. The consultant did not always respond timely. During the trip the emergency number was out of service. 2 of 3 hotels were disappointing including 1 with no air condioner even though I explictedly requested ahead of the trip. The guides in country were wonderful.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The guided tours.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Use a different company.
