Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The attention to detail with this company is superb! Anything we asked was thoroughly checked out and scheduled. For example: could we get a private cooking class in Provence? Absolutely! Country ride with the wild white stallions, instead of just taking a detour? We did! Beautiful, luxurious boutique accommodations with top-notch service.. we would give them the highest recommendation possible.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Definitely a cooking experience (which started early in the morning and an open-air market picking out how are ingredients.) it went on from there, to a 12-acre farm, cooking in an outdoor kitchen. Regional goods - Who knew we could eat flowers?
We also really enjoyed our time down in the Camargue with the horses and bulls. Truly a wonder of nature!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Spend an extra day in Aix. Because we spent an entire day cooking, we did not really get to explore the city too much.
