Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

I had a great experience with my travel agent who was helpful, resourceful and very responsive. We had a few hiccups on one of his recommendations but, all in all, my agent was terrific and I could not have planned my trip without him.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The chateau where we stayed was exceptional. It took a long time to find a chateau that met our needs, but the one that my agent ultimately found for us was absolutely perfect. Everyone had a delightful experience there and we fell in love with the place and the proprietors.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have done some independent research on the particular activities for which we asked recommendations, and I might not have booked them in advance. I am not sure this would have yielded different results, but I think I was a little too reliant on this travel agent to make these choices for us.
