France Vacation Review: One Week Tour

Hello Cori and Francesco,

Thanks for having taken the time to write a review after your trip in France in September.

I’m sincerely sorry that this trip did not meet your expectations, as all of us did our best to facilitate your trip. We had spent a lot of time with Francesco in May and June to build the perfect trip for you. Once accepted and confirmed by you in July, we were unfortunately not in capacity to make the major changes you asked us just a week before your arrival on 7th September, as all our suppliers have already been paid for weeks, and the date was too close to get any refund.

During the trip, we have offered the services of a private driver guide to make things easier for you, as you felt not comfortable with driving too much. The « festivities » you mentioned in Nîmes and Arles were very local events, and though parking was indeed not easy, it was definitely not a true obstacle to the visits, as our driver guide reported. The fair in Arles was the « Rice fair » a local  touristic event which was great to visit for tourists ; but you did not want to stop.

Then I personnally called you to see what we can do to ease your trip and I accepted to make a last minute change of hotel, so that you can spend more time in Marseille as per your request.

So I sincerely regret that despite all our efforts, you will not keep a pleasant memory of your trip.
