Our experience with Laurence and her assistant was outstanding. Laurence was responsive and attentive to our questions and always got back to us quickly. She put together a beautiful itinerary that included our requests and put together good drivers and outstanding guides. It was additionally so nice that Laurence and her assistant met us at our hotel in Paris to begin our trip. Such a personal touch and we loved it!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved almost everything we did. Sometimes the crowds detracted a little bit from the experience, but no one can control the volume of tourists. We thoroughly our walks with our local guide in Paris, our visit to Giverny, our time spent in Normandy at the D-Day sights and at Mont St. Michel and having a little free time to explore.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We wouldn't change much. Our lodging choices were all wonderful and the trip was well-coordinated. We didn't find the cruise on the Seine particularly great because the boat was packed and there was not much narration (we knew it was listed as a narrated tour). All in all, it was great experience and we would recommend Zicasso as a starting point for travel adventures. Thank you.
