Galapagos & Ecuador Travel Agent Review: Hacienda Stay, History, Local Cuisine, the People, Cruise around the Galapagos

Ours was a two-week trip to Ecuador, including the Galapagos. Through Zicasso, we worked with this travel company, and planned the itinerary with a travel planner, of this company. The itinerary was highly satisfactory, as was the entire process of working with planner and company. We would use this travel company again, should our travels take us to the countries in which they operate, and would request to plan our trip with our travel planner, who provided outstanding customer service from our first contact with him through the completion of our trip. In short, we would highly recommend this company and travel planner to other travelers.
The trip went extraordinarily well, a testament, again, to the professionalism of this company and their knowledge of and experience in Ecuador, including with cruise operators in the Galapagos. Our driver/guide for the land portion of our trip was selected by the company. He was one of the best guides we have encountered in our international travels as was the naturalist/guide in the Galapagos, aboard the cruise ship (of local cruise company).
