The individual daily experiences in the Galapagos were amazing!  We were able to hike and snorkel daily and the variety of creatures we saw was remarkable.  The crew and the naturalists on the boat were outstanding.  We had asked for some regular hiking, exposure to local food and if possible local wines along with seeing the regular tourist sites.  We got to visit a local winery, we did at least one hike per day and experienced many local food and markets.  Visiting Machu Picchu was a bucket list item and did not disappoint.  Due to a strike, the travel team had to quickly rearrange out schedule, hotels, train tickets etc and this was done quickly, efficiently and perfectly.....if they had not been on the ball, we would have missed our chance to see Machu Picchu and if we had attempted to plan this trip ourselves, we would not have been able to respond to the required changes.  They had us covered the whole time!
