Travel company was incredibly responsive and so easy to work with. They were accessible and very helpful answering questions and working to adapt our itinerary even mid-trip when weather turned raining and cold. They negotiated refunds and advised about how to navigate any questions we had. We couldn't have had a better experience and everything went off without a hitch. When we were charged incorrectly at a hotel, they were on the phone even before we could try to address it ourselves. We felt like we had an advocate in addition to a travel agent--it really gave us peace of mind.
