Germany & France Luxury Family Vacation Review: Southern Germany

I have traveled pretty extensively and have used a variety of planning techniques anywhere from planning myself to partial tour companies, etc. I can honestly say I have never encountered such a thoroughly planned and orchestrated trip. From the moment we arrived in Munich, for our Southern Germany tour, we were blown away about every detail. We arrived to find our driver who effortlessly transported us to our 1st hotel in Munich. When we arrived, our tour guide was waiting to welcome us to Germany and to give us our itinerary for our 9 day vacation. Each day was laid out in a manner that gave us options. This included, maps, restaurant recommendations, shopping options, etc. All of this information was derived from our pre-tour questionnaire and was spot on! They stayed in touch with us throughout our tour just in case we wanted to change plans for activities or if we ran into any snags. We even changed course on one of the days and effortlessly an email arrived with new plans, gps instructions, restaurant options, etc. Did I mention they give you an in country I phone! You can be as connected as you want with the travel company during your stay. Every hotel choice, including a night in a real castle, was perfect! Every Inn keeper was welcoming. I can't say enough how thankful we are for having found this tour company for our family vacation! We will use them to plan a future trip for sure! I hope they expand to other regions.
