Germany Trip Review: Munich, Dachau Tour

What can I say about an absolutely wonderful trip.  First of all our agent from this travel company is an outstanding travel agent!  She was attentive to our needs, was patient to the nth degree with my questions and was timely with her responses and planning.  When she wasn't available, which was rare, her partner stepped in and took care of our issue so that we always felt that someone was looking after us.

The documents for the trip were many and included train tickets, subway tickets, city and day tours, meals and hotels.  All were in perfect order.  All documents arrived at our first hotel in the most darling handmade cloth folder.  That in itself will be a memento of this company.

Our agent went out of her way to explain in detail how the trains and subways operated even giving us a primer on the different types.  We live in a state with no city trains and no subways so this was all foreign.  Plus when you don't speak the language and you have minutes to catch the next train it's a bit scary.  She calmed my fears and with the help of the really great German people we made all trains and all connections.

Just a fabulous experience.  I have friends who travel extensively and when they go to Germany, the agents and this company will be the first words out of my mouth.  And may I say we would never had been connected to this company without the expertise of Zicasso.  The perfect place to begin any travel and one that we will also use from now on.
