I recently returned from a ten day, privately guided visit to Iceland.  Our party consisted of five adult family members and was hosted by this travel company, arranged through the Zicasso organization.  We’ve done a fair amount of international travel and this trip, in no short measure due to this travel company and our guide was one of our finest.  We were treated to some amazing sights and experiences that were made even more memorable by our guide’s enormous store of Icelandic geologic, historical, cultural, and musical knowledge.  The people at the company also went out of their way to make our visit the best it could be.  When one contractor cancelled  a scheduled experience due to dangerous weather conditions, and failed notify us of their intent to cancel, the company went out of their way to reschedule the event and provide additional amenities that more than made up for that “glitch”.  In my opinion, this travel company and our guide provided a textbook example of anything one could want, and more, from a private travel and guide service.  I’d use Zicasso and this travel company again in a heartbeat.
