Iceland Travel Review: Reyjavik, Glacier Hiking, Volcano Tour, Photography

.Try to spend more time to travel further away from Reykjavik although the city is lovely and unique.    The local car rental agency was disappointing - the car, while a new Volvo, was badly in need of wheel alignment and shook heavily at higher speeds, making it very unpleasant to drive.  They also erroneously assessed me for a parking ticket then rescinded it when realizing it wasn't attributable to me.  The GPS was totally useless as no destinations could be programmed into the device. Also, the local tourist agency should have given much more detail about the road travel times and proposed schedule.  Had my traveling companion not gone to the office directly to review it, the driving portions could have been very stressful.  Hotel choices were adequate.    Would suggest a handout of general facts about Iceland including tipping policies, customs, etc
