The travel planner from this agency was a wonderful agent.  The experiences she helped me select covered everything my group could ask for.  The Pick ups and drop offs were on time.  She even arranged to hold our large luggage so we could travel on a train with ease.  When my friends departed I still had a few hours left to explore and instead of just bringing me to the airport, my planner accompanied me to a new place so I wasn’t alone and didn’t miss any possible opportunity.  I was a bit fussy during the trip and she took care of my concerns.  Thank you for providing a safe experience of a lifetime.
