Ireland Vacation Review: Dublin, Galway, Trim

We were very pleased overall with our travel company and if I could, I would rate them at 4.5 stars! They designed a wonderful trip for our group of ten. The selection of hotels was outstanding. They were attentive to our interests in setting up the trip. We occasionally had a delay in responding to questions as we approached our trip begin date. They explained they were swamped with trips at the time. The guide was knowledgeable about history and all the sites, was engaging, full of personality and had a lively sense of humor, to say the least. Our group had a wonderful time that will hold memories forever.  

As the group coordinator, I did have one critique of our guide. The guide occasionally lost his time management sense and we would arrive later than we had asked on a particular day to our hotel which resulted in not having time to enjoy the hotel city. We had specifically asked to have several hours on our last day to enjoy Powerscourt. Though we emphasized this point at breakfast with our guide, and he assured us that we could trust him to do so, we had but 30 minutes after paying full price for the ticket.  While our group didn't know what they missed since half of them didn't bother to try to go for such a short time, I was disappointed, to say the least.

However, all that being said, we were quite pleased with our trip and would definitely use this company again.
