Our trip to Italy was a once in a lifetime adventure. Personal attention is the way to go! Very receptive to the questions we asked.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our tour guide in Rome was the BEST! He was able to make the city come to life. He was able to pick the most interesting restaurants to give us a true “taste of Rome.”
London tour was a day of rain, but the guide was able to pay special attention to my travel companion who had hurt her knee,by getting a wheelchair. His life experiences in London were extremely interesting. He threaded history of ancient times, WW II, and current issues together to give an interesting picture of today’s London.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Giving the guides an idea of the high points you want to see is so beneficial. I would be prepared with a list of important sites to see. Have in mind questions that when given the answers one has a better understanding of customs and culture of the city. Last, would say some strong prayers to keep the rain away.
We did go on an additional day trip in Italy. This was with a travel company that provided day excursions. It made us appreciate the benefits of our personal tour. If we added something extra in future many more questions would need to be answered prior to taking.
