Our travel planner and this company put together a great trip thru Italy and Greece for me.  He was very responsive throughout the process, really listened to what I wanted and stayed within my budget.  The hotels were all perfectly located for both public transportation and walking to see sights - in Venice we were steps from the main water taxi lines, in Rome we could walk to both the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain and in Santorini and Athens the hotels were top notch! It was also great to meet him when he personally picked us up at the airport at one of our stops.   I have already recommended him to a friend and I have recommended Zicasso to numerous people who want to have help but not necessarily a totally organized tour.  All of our private tour guides were excellent and we have wonderful memories of our trip.   Also every single pick-up, tour etc was exactly on time!
