Italy Honeymoon Review: Amalfi Coast, Ravello, Sorrento, Capri, Cooking Class

Our agent was amazing to work with!! Everything was amazing and planned so perfectly. We were so happy with his town choices on the Amalfi, and all of the hotels that we stayed in exceeded beyond expectations.  All of the transfers were smooth and seamless. The drivers and all the hotel staff was so accommodating. All the events we had planned were also so enjoyable.  It is very hard to pick favorites because honestly all 10 days were so perfect, but if we had to pick a hotel, it would definitely be the hotel in Ravello.  The ambiance was so pleasant, romantic, and perfect.  The hotel staff was literally right at our service at all times.  If you ask my husband his favorite activity he would say "dolce far neinte"(the sweetness of doing nothing)! He loved the jacuzzi at the hotel, the amazing view we had from our balcony , and the Margherita pizzas that we had pool side!! Since we only had 2 actual planned events, its hard to say which was better because they were both so amazing and so different. The cooking class was an incredible experience. Since John and I love to cook it only added to our own experience. It was also nice to spend a few hours drinking wine and eating literally right from his garden and the sea with 3 other couples. (It also landed perfectly on our only cloudy day!!)   Taking the private boat to Capri was also nothing short of amazing.  It was a very romantic day and our driver was fun and informative, taking us to all the amazing grottos and setting us up at an incredible restaurant in Capri for lunch.

It was so nice to work with our agent through this whole experience. He definitely exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have been happier with our trip.  He seemed to match our trip with our personalities perfectly, and it was so nice to have such seamless accommodations. Everything was exact to your itinerary.  Also, we loved the restaurants on his recommendation list. They were more local restaurants that we preferred.
