Italy Honeymoon Review: Rome, Giaole, Chianti, Siena, Cooking Class

Using this Italy travel agency was the best decision we made for our romantic Italian honeymoon.  Our travel specialist was the best trip planner - she was easy to reach and always responded quickly to our emails.  I highly recommend this agent and this travel company for the following reasons:

1.  Very responsive to questions during our planning stage.  Our agent both gave us great suggestions as well as added in our own preferences for sight-seeing, while booking tours and dinner reservations for us ahead of time at places we requested.  

2.  They provided a cell phone that was delivered upon our arrival to our first hotel.  This cell phone was pre-installed with all of our itinerary documents, GPS walking AND driving maps that came in SO handy, and we were able to call both the travel agency office and contact our drivers when plans changed.  So easy to use.  What a great service!  This was really a life-saver for us.

3. After we requested a hotel upgrade in Rome after seeing the initial itinerary plan, our agent saw our vision and upgraded all of our hotels.  She did a great job of reading into what we were looking for and making sure our itinerary matched that.  We were very grateful for that added touch of really recognizing what we would like based on our email exchanges.

4.  Traveling from city to city was all arranged to perfection.  We never had to worry about buses, taxis, trains, etc.  Our agent had all the details worked out to get us from Point A to Point B and onward.  This took a lot of the stress off of us as we were able to just enjoy the travels and not waste time trying to get places.  The drivers we had were extremely prompt and friendly.
