We just returned from the trip of a lifetime, meticulously planned, and flawlessly executed by the travel planner and her team at the travel agency. Her intimate relationship to this beautiful country coupled with her sincere attempt to understand her client led to a truly customized and rewarding experience.
The choice of hotels were spot on, not just for level of accommodation, but for location and value as well. The tour guides were experts in their field, personable, and totally comfortable with English. Our drivers were professional and engaging, all effusive in their pride and knowledge of locale. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and with the planner’s advance reservations our dietary restrictions were easily accommodated.
With virtually every interaction with any of the above it was apparent that the travel planner’s reputation preceded it, and we felt that we were treated a little extra specially because of it.
Needless to say we’re already looking forward to the travel agency planning our next adventure.
