We decided 2019 was the year we were going to go to Italy, a major trip on our bucket list! Making travel arrangements to go to a country where we didn't speak the language seemed overwhelming at first. But Working through Zicasso we were connected with this travel company and from our initial trip planning Carol and I felt very comfortable and in good hands with our travel planner. Everything in our travels was expertly planned and perfect for us. I have special medical needs and that was central in our trip planning and our planner planned it perfectly. We had great lodging, well planned day trips with expert drivers to get us there and excellent guides! This travel company was a great choice for us!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Venice was our first stop and we very much enjoyed walking the sidewalks of Venice, the private Gondola ride and taking in the many shops and restaurants Venice had to offer. Rome with all its history and culture and of course the Vatican was great. However Sicily we fell in love with. It’s easy to see why its the place the locals go for a vacation. With its abundant shops, restaurants and historic buildings and churches. We loved the trip to see Mt Etna an active volcano. Hiring drivers for our day trips was the best decision and took much of the worry away, all our drivers were pleasant, professionals and very helpful!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Not a lot I would change on our trip, next time maybe see the wine country but saving the last several days for the Sicily beaches was a very smart and enjoyable strategy that worked well for us. I cannot stress how pleased we are with our travel planner’s planning assistance and attention to detail !
