Italy Solo Vacation Review: Chianti Region, Positano, Rome Ravello, Papal Audience, Cultural Sites, Capri Island

My travel agent at this tour company could not have been more helpful in assisting me with this long-planned trip.  Her knowledge of the country and the coordinating of getting from one place to another was a great help.  My trip went off without a hitch and I had the time of my life (except I did get lost in Venice a couple of times).  While planning the trip, my travel agent made sure of what I wanted to do and see and what type of accommodations I preferred and delivered on each and everything I looked for.  The hotels she recommended were all top notch, strategically located but slightly away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the cities I was visiting, yet they were still easily walkable from anywhere in the cities. The company provided me with a wealth of information which I found to be very helpful.  I did learn that I should have used reservations for dining more often than I did because sometimes the better restaurants were unavailable without one.  I cannot wait to go back to Italy and I will definitely enlist the help of the tour company for the next trip!  When I first contacted Zicasso, I received a call from several travel agents within hours of making the inquiry.  The whole process was seamless!  This tour company was most responsive and really wanted to craft a trip to my specifications.  Thank you!
