Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

My family was very pleased with trip. The trip was very organized and well-planned, hence stress-free for us. The travel agency was also reliable; they were contactable throughout the trip. The tour guides whom we had interacted with were extremely knowledgable, friendly, and engaging. The agency had also recommended many restaurants that were excellent. I would recommend this tour company to friends.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Tuscany countryside and Venice in the evening when Piazza San Marco was lighted and most of the tourists have left.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

To stay in the countryside/ a smaller town in Tuscany instead of Florence. The views and food in the countryside would be much better.
