Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our Italy travel planner was friendly, professional and accommodating. He planned a customized trip to Italy that encompassed everything we wanted to do within a prescribed budget. He was very responsive and answered all our questions.
There was unexpected rains in Taormina, Sicily that caused our original hotel to be flooded and our excursion to the Etna Volcano to be canceled, However our travel planner took care of everything and it turned out to be a fantastic few days.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved Taormina and the friendly community and the few days we spent with our knowledgeable tour guide in Rome.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We chose to see as much of Italy as possible during our trip so we moved amd took a flight or train every few days. Next time we would stay in one place 4-5 days and only visit 2 locations.
Also, we would not rent a car and drive. The roads in Italy are very narrow and confusing which added a little stress to the trip. I would definitely pay a little extra for a private driver.
