Italy Trip Review: 8-Day Luxury Family Vacation

I started the planning process for a family trip to Italy with Zicasso, which paired me with our travel agency. Our whole family was extremely pleased with the services we received. Because members of our family speak different languages (English and Chinese), it was important for us to have tour guides that spoke both languages in order for all of us to get the best experience possible. To my surprise, Zicasso/this travel agency offered such services! I communicated with the travel agent from the agency back and forth via e-mail, and at times even by phone, to come up with an itinerary that catered to our preferences/schedule. Once our flight landed, everything was taken care of--transportation to/from airport, transportation to train station, pre-purchased first class train tickets if traveling to other cities, pre-purchased tickets to all the attractions (saved a lot of time from not having to wait in line!), reservations made at popular/upscale restaurants if preferred, etc--all via a private vehicle for transportation, and presence of either bilingual tour guide or two separate tour guides to cover both languages. 
Our Italy trip went as advertised and more, and having the services of a travel agency company that paid so much attention to detail in organizing it played a large role in doing so. I enjoyed the experience so much that I have already recommended Zicasso and this travel agency to my colleagues!
