We had a wonderful trip, in great part due to Zicasso and in particular Emanuela from our travel specialist company. Her consistent consideration of our needs was exemplary. Our time in Italy was faultless. Emanuela make herself available for last-minute changes and followed through consistently. She should be recognized as a strong member of your team.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The recommendations for a private boat tour of Lake Como, and E-bike tour through town were well deserved. Emanuela was also able to help with private drivers for 7 people, consistently professional and timely. The final days were spent in Cinque Terre and all of our accommodations were superb.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

This trip was hard to improve. Too bad you don't services in more European countries.
