This travel agency made our trip run smoothly. Every transfer pickup was on time. The guides in Bologna and Florence were knowledgeable, delightful, and informative. Having our train tickets in hand and clear information about where we were meeting, etc. was very helpful. We were updated on changes, and when there was an issue with a driver being late, the Help Desk aided us in finding out why and letting us know what was going on.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

There were so many parts that are memorable that it's hard to pick just one! Both the walking food tour of Bologna and the Parma tour were wonderful. The tour of the Uffizi Gallery in Florence was impressive, and our guide was the best! The wine and olive oil tour was fun and informative. Our hotels were comfortable and well-equipped, and the food -- especially at our Hotel in Amalfi -- was excellent.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Stay longer in each place, and see more of the sights. 10 days was certainly not long enough!
