Our July 2018 Trip to Italy was the best vacation we have ever had. Working with the travel company, specifically our travel planner, was fantastic. She worked hard to really listen to what we wanted to see and experience during our trip, and she helped us pull together the perfect itinerary. Every detail was taken care of and in a very short period of time. When we needed to touch base with her while in Italy, she was always available to us, as was the local Italy office of this travel company. They were just amazing!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

During our trip we visited Rome, Venice, Murano, Burano, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Bologna (for a unique Lamborghini test drive and manufacturing tour). For our trip we preferred to arrange several private walking tours, cooking classes and food tours. Every tour guide, driver and chef that we encountered during our itinerary were incredibly courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and fun! They made our trip truly magical.

I highly recommend Zicasso and this travel company to anyone planning a vacation and who wants to be assured of superior service and an unbelievable trip.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

If we could take the trip again, we would not change any of the details in our itinerary. We would just find a way to extend the trip even longer. Two weeks wasn't enough to include time to visit the south of Italy. We will do that on another trip in the near future! We will definitely use this agency again for travel planning.
