Once we were referred to this tour company, our trip planner immediately called to discuss in detail our requirements.
Suffice to say our trip planner nailed it.
Everything was organised to a tee, every detail was carefully executed as far as we were concerned.  Even during the trip we were contacted to make sure everything was going well.  Down to the reminder text that daylight saving was happening before an early start, that's what I call customer care!
Our trip started with 4 nights in Rome followed by 7 days touring Sicily. We specifically requested half day personal guided tours most days and all guides were of the highest calibre. Restaurant & spare time recommendations were spot on.  We feel that we made 110% use of our time without feeling absolutely rushed, exactly what we requested.
